True Vine has been around since 2001 and became affiliated with the Scottish-Rite Masonic body of the Dominican Republic. It received its affiliation Rite from opening in that jurisdiction. The communication constructed through Ill. Parker’s father-in-law, Brother Theodore Shoy. He was an active member at one point for many years, and he still had contact with those members in that country. True Vine became inactive in 2015.

The beginning started in November 2022 when Worthy Matron (W.M.) Dwana L. Rozier had the honor and opportunity to meet Illustrious (Ill.) Parker. At that time, Rev. Dr. Marty Parker Sr., MP SGIC, was the Traveling Deputy of another jurisdiction. Instantly we developed a bond. I started reaching out to him, asking questions and advice, eventually making him the honorary Worthy Patron of our chapter (Ladies of Electa Chapter No. 601). While we were both under the same leadership, The Ladies of Electa Chapter No. 601 began noticing things running slightly differently. We started writing letters to other jurisdictions and researching to ensure they fit us perfectly. But in January, I began to tell Ill. Parker that it was time for us to move to another jurisdiction. At that time, he didn’t understand why until he witnessed the change with his own eyes.

There was a look on his face, and I immediately said to him., “If you leave this jurisdiction, then we are going with you.” Not knowing that God had already put it in his heart that it was time for a new jurisdiction, and it would be conducting business correctly. When offered the honor of starting a Supreme Chapter, I gladly accepted because I knew Ill. Parker trusted me, knowing that this jurisdiction would run correctly.

True Vine was reactivated in 2022. Ladies of Electa National Supreme Chapter O.E.S. Inc was born on February 17, 2023, by the Illustrious Rev. Dr. Marty Parker Sr, MP SGIC. While in the planning stages of making True Vine National Supreme Council, A. A. S. R. Freemasons Inc., I began to study and research everything there was to show Ill. Parker that he had made the right decision and gave me the honor to make history.

Marc Herron 33⁰ ATY SGIG, Ill. Robert Parker 33⁰ SEC SGIS, Ill. Rev. Timothy P. Taylor 33⁰ TREAS SGIG, and Ill. Alfred Moran 33⁰ CAPTGRD SGIG. The Ladies of Electa National Supreme Chapter comprises Supreme Grand Worthy Matron Dwana L. Rozier, Associate Grand Worthy Matron Yolanda Rahmings, Supreme Grand Treasurer Deena Ford, Supreme Grand Secretary R. Michelle Hickey, Supreme Grand Conductress Rasheeda Hudson and Supreme Grand Associate Conductress Alexandria Williams.
